We understand Hello Sunshine is a long day for your little ones and we are working alongside relevant stakeholders on solutions to getting young people home from the festival SO THAT PARENTS CAN ENJOY THE FULL DAY. Details of our kids drop off/pick up plan, and 'pass out' policy, will be advised as soon as possible.

YES! 

Parking passes must be pre-purchased prior to arriving at the event. Only valid parking pass holders will be permitted to park at the event. secure your parking pass via the ticket link!

✅ You are able to leave your cars at the festival and pick them up the following day.

Small snack foods, fruit, baby food, food suitable for small children and any allergy or medical requirements will all be permitted. Large portions of food, hot food, AND external take away will not be permitted into the event.

-Small camping/folding chairs and/or picnic rugs

- Kids Beach/Camping Wheel Cart/Trolleys

-Sealed, unopened bottles of water, or empty bottles of water that can re refilled at one of our many free water refill stations located around site

-Hats, sunglasses and sunscreen 

-Small bags/backpacks, and small soft cooler bags

We have multiple releases for GA tickets as this allows us to provide different price options starting at a cheaper price point for ticket purchases. However, these allocations are limited and are purchased on a first in, first serve basis. If you miss out on purchasing from the cheapest release, you will be able to purchase from the next cheapest available release.

Due to this being a fully licenced event, persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Sure! Our range of food stalls caters to all kinds of eaters with all-inclusive food options covering all preferences and requirements.

Payment methods will come down to the individual stall provider; however, most will offer both physical and digital payment methods

Yes, they do! You can grab your vegan, gluten free or low-carb bites from select food trucks; just be sure to check with vendors to ensure you’re order aligns with your dietary needs

Yes! it's a music and food festival, emphasis on food! there will be an array of multicultural food trucks available at hello sunshine.

Hello Sunshine is an all ages festival. However due to be a fully licensed event, all patrons 18+ will require an accepted form of photo ID/proof of age that will need to be carried with them at all times. This will be checked throughout the festival and will be required to get through the gates.

Yes! Hello Sunshine is an all ages event suitable for the whole family! 

We aren’t currently taking applications for volunteers or paid opportunities at this time. However, please stay tuned as opportunities for volunteers both during & pre-post-festival may open up a little later in the year and will be available online one they are!
